As we began to gain an understanding of Oliver and Elise, we learned that they share many precious memories in New York City. So we began to dream of how we could preserve their story for generations. For us, it was very clear. We knew we would need to travel to NYC to document their engagement session. 

We spent many hours visiting with Oliver and Elise to gain their perspective on the city and why they love it so much. We spoke about the locations, the fashion, the imagery that they were drawn to, and the stories of their love shared in NYC. This provided the foundation for the co-created vision of this shoot.
